Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions under which GRC FORGE (hereinafter "Publisher") provides its customers (hereinafter "Subscriber") access to its online training platform, accessible at grcforge.pro.

These Terms apply to any subscription plan purchase made on the platform. They take precedence over any other document, except for a specific prior written agreement.

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect at the date of the order.

2. Services and Subscription Plans

GRC FORGE offers a SaaS platform for preparing ISO 27001 certifications (Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor), including notably:

• Thematic quizzes and ISO 27001 mock exams
• Training modules and academy
• AI Coach (Carine) based on ISO 27001:2022
• ISMS document generator (templates)
• Jury IA Arena and practical audit cases
• Verifiable achievement certificates

3. Prices and Billing

Prices are displayed in EUR, USD, and XAF (FCFA) depending on the Subscriber's region, inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Subscription periods

Each plan is available in several billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual). The total price is shown before any order confirmation.

Price changes

The Publisher reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to ongoing subscriptions until their renewal date. The Subscriber will be notified of any pricing change by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.

4. Order and Service Activation

Order process

1. The Subscriber selects the desired plan on the Pricing page.
2. They create an account or log in to their existing account.
3. They proceed to payment via the Moneroo platform (certified payment operator).
4. Upon payment confirmation, access to the subscribed plan is activated immediately.
5. A confirmation summary email is sent to the provided email address.

Order validation

The order is definitively recorded upon receipt of payment confirmation from Moneroo. GRC FORGE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud.

Subscription duration

The subscription takes effect on the activation date and expires according to the chosen billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Subscriptions are not automatically renewed unless explicitly opted in by the Subscriber.

5. Payment Methods

Payments are processed via the Moneroo operator, which accepts notably:

• Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Wave, etc.)
• Bank card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Stripe (international)
• Other methods depending on regional availability

Payment is due in full at the time of order. GRC FORGE does not store any banking data of the Subscriber — this data is managed exclusively by Moneroo in a secure environment compliant with PCI-DSS standards.

In case of payment failure, access to the subscribed plan may be suspended or downgraded to the Discovery plan.

6. Withdrawal Right and Refund

EU Consumer withdrawal right

EU consumers have a 14 calendar day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the Subscriber has begun using the digital content or service and has expressly waived their right of withdrawal at the time of order.

Outside the 7-day guarantee, subscriptions are non-refundable once activated and used, unless required by law.

How to exercise your withdrawal right

Send your request by email to contact@grcforge.pro stating:

• Your full name
• The email address of your account
• The subscription date and plan concerned
• Subject: "Withdrawal request"

Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your request, via the same payment method used for the order.

7. Platform Access and Availability

GRC FORGE commits to keeping the platform accessible 24/7, subject to maintenance operations, updates, or force majeure events.

The Publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted service and cannot be held liable for:

• Interruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance operations;
• Outages related to hosting or telecommunications networks;
• Interruptions caused by force majeure events.

Access to the platform is strictly personal and non-transferable. An account cannot be shared between multiple users (except Enterprise plans).

8. Subscriber Obligations

By subscribing to a GRC FORGE plan, the Subscriber agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating their account;
• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials;
• Use the platform exclusively for legitimate personal and professional purposes;
• Not reproduce, redistribute or commercialize the platform's educational content;
• Not attempt to circumvent access control systems or harm the platform;
• Respect GRC FORGE's intellectual property rights and those of third parties;
• Not submit illegal, defamatory or unlawful content to the AI.

Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, without refund, and without prejudice to any claim for damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the GRC FORGE platform (texts, questions, scenarios, algorithms, interfaces, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of GRC FORGE and is protected by copyright.

Subscribing to a plan grants the Subscriber a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of access and use of the content strictly within the scope of their training. This right does not constitute an assignment of intellectual property rights.

It is expressly prohibited to:

• Reproduce, copy or extract all or part of the platform's content;
• Share or publish mock exam questions on any third-party medium;
• Use content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

GRC FORGE is a preparation tool for ISO 27001 certifications. As such:

• GRC FORGE does not guarantee success in official PECB, IRCA or other third-party exams;
• Educational content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal or normative advice;
• GRC FORGE is not affiliated with ISO, PECB, IRCA or any other certification body.

GRC FORGE shall not be liable for any indirect damage, data loss, loss of revenue or intangible harm resulting from use of the platform.

In any event, GRC FORGE's liability is limited to the amounts actually received from the Subscriber during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension and Termination

Termination by Subscriber

The Subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting contact@grcforge.pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refund is granted, except under the 7-day guarantee (section 6).

Termination by GRC FORGE

GRC FORGE reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Subscriber's access, without notice or refund, in case of:

• Violation of these Terms or Subscriber obligations (section 8);
• Fraudulent or abusive use of the platform;
• Attempted security breach or platform disruption.

Account deletion

The Subscriber may request deletion of their account at any time at contact@grcforge.pro. Data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law — Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution.

EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
